Billie helped my girlfriend and I buy our first home. We had a very tight timeline (about 3 months) before our lease at our apartment was set to expire and they required a 60 days notice, so we had a very aggressive schedule to follow. Billie reassured us that she could help us find our first home within our budget and schedule requirements. She immediately began sending us hundreds of listings in our area that fit our criteria. She helped answer all of our questions same-day and also coordinated all of our viewings into consolidated blocks since both of us have very busy work schedules. This approach enabled us to go on many viewings in the same day, back to back. When she was not available to take us to listings, Billie arranged to have a colleague take us on the viewings because she knew we were working against the clock during this process. We almost lost hope through the process as we were drawing close to our drop dead date of getting an offer in else we risked not being able to close in time before our lease expired. Everything went well and we were able to wrap up the whole process and move in without any hitches at all. She even helped answer questions for me during the closing process to bring clarity to a very confusing a paperwork-heavy endeavor.
